MCC Heavy Industry has completed and commissioned three multi-directional die forging production lines. The 40-mega-newton multi-directional die forging line uses a robotic arm to feed blanks into dies, with multiple punches working in tandem, enabling intelligent, automated forging production. These forgings boast complex shapes, precise dimensions, and a flash-free design, resembling finished parts. Their fatigue life is tripled, and their mechanical properties are over 20% higher than those of conventional forgings. This has enabled the localization of core forgings for high-end equipment in multiple fields.
